Dr. Cayon graduated with honors from the University of South Florida achieving the Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and The University of Houston conferring the degree Doctor of Optometry. He is a Board Certified Optometric Physician and has worked in Army, Air Force, and Veterans Administration Hospitals.
