Again, I never received a call back. I called Friday and was given an astronomical price for both my daughter's and son's glasses. My husband has very good eye benefits, so I knew something was wrong on their end. They \"ran our insurance again\" and when they called back yet again, the price was still more than what we should be paying with our insurance. I asked them to read off what we were being charged for. Without asking us, we were charged for anti scratch and uv protection on my children's lenses, which is not covered by our insurance. We at no point authorized pearle vision to order anti scratch or uv protection on my children's lenses. Pearle vision would not send the glasses back to the lab to remove the antiscratch and uv, even though we never authorized either of those things. Throughout this 3 week ordeal, pearle vision staff has been rude and unwilling to help rectify the situation. I call my insurance and they don't have a record of the reversal and they ask me to call the store to have them call it in otherwise it's a 7 day wait. I call the store and I'm immediately put on hold... for 37 minutes! I hang up, call back and immediately get an answer (no hold?! THEN WHY WAS I WAITING FOR 37 MINUTES?!).\nI ask them to call my insurance to reverse the claim but they can't... the manager is the only one who can and they left for the day. I understand the manager is the only one who can, but if I already established that the lack of urgency on Pearle's end is why I'm asking for a refund, why would you further frustrate me by not reversing the insurance claim, especially since I specifically asked the manager to do so?\nI do not recommend.\nNo sense of urgency.\nCustomer service is questionable when it comes to reaction time.
