Went today for my routine eye exam which I didn't end up having. Receptionist was attempting to double dip my insurances by collecting both vision and health insurance info to submit under both. I was then being forced into a $40 add on to my eye exam or told I had to have dialation or my insurance would not cover my exam (also not true). I drove myself to the appointment and at no time during the booking process was dialation even mentioned and I was warned by the receptionist that I would not be able to drive for 4 hours... Typically that procedure is for people with eye problems, not routine exams. Just a tactic to try and collect additional payments.
