Their family is also not in a position to replace the glasses currently.\n\nWhen I called Pearle Vision and explained the problem, Chris said to come by the store and they would see if they could help. When my colleague and I arrived with the broken glasses, the whole team at Pearle Vision went to work to help us without hesitation. Chris and Dr. Lee took their time and came up with creative solutions. After diagnosing the old frames as irreparable, they cut the lenses and put them in a new frame - all in time for us to get back before the end of our lunch break. As if all of that wasn't enough, they gave us a SIGNIFICANT discount because they knew that they were helping a family in need.\n\nThey also expressed interest in coming to local schools and providing services to students, including cleaning, resizing, and repairing eyeglasses.
